Is it possible to ask for a specific room number?

No, but please contact us so that we can help you book the room that best suits your needs.

Are rooms equipped with air conditioning and heating?

All rooms have heating. However, our hotel is not equipped with air conditioning.

Can I ask for an extra bed?

We don't have extra beds in our rooms. However, the Club rooms have a twin option and two of our Superior rooms are connected.

Can I bring a guest in my room?

For security reasons, we offer you our lounge and patio to receive your guests.

Is there any room with a balcony?

All our rooms have large windows but no balconies.

Do the rooms face the courtyard or the street?

Some face the street and others overlook the patio.

Do you provide baby cots?

On request, we offer our guests baby cots (up to two years old).

Are rooms equipped with hair dryer?

All our rooms are equipped with hair dryers.

Can we book a double room for three people?

For security reasons, we can't accommodate 3 people in a double room. We invite you to contact our reception to assist you in booking the right room for the number of people participating in your stay.

Do yo have any communicating rooms?

The hotel has connecting rooms (subject to availability).

Does the hotel have smocking rooms?

No, the hotel has non-smoking rooms only.

Can I get a refund on a non-cancellable, non-refundable offer?

Non-cancellable and non-refundable offers guarantee the lowest rate available at the time. Payment is required to take advantage of this offer and is non-refundable in the case of cancellation or change. However, we invite you to contact us if you are unable to attend in order to explore the possibility of deferring the amounts due. Please note that any request will be forwarded to our sales department, which will decide.

Are the rates calculated by number of guests or by room?

Our rates are per room. Additional services are charged per person. Tourist tax is payable per person regardless of the original reservation.

Is the breakfast included in the price of the room?

Our prices don't include breakfast, unless it is indicated or there is a special offer.

Which credit cards do you take?

All credit cards are accepted.

Are taxes included in the room rates?

All taxes are included in the price except the tourist tax, which is charged per person per day.

It is possible depending on availability.

Our reception is multilingual. We speak French and English.

Is your hotel adapted for people with reduced mobility?

Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have any facilities for disabled people.

Is your hotel equiped with a lift?

Our hotel is not equipped to welcome pets of any size or species.

Yes, there is an elevator, but it doesn't serve all the rooms.

Our hotel has a breakfast room. For lunch or dinner, our receptionist can recommend the best restaurants in Paris.

The hotel has no bar, but a small lounge and a patio are at your disposal to enjoy breakfast or a book in the tranquility of our hotel.

We have a luggage storage at your disposition on arrival and on departure

Every room has a desk. Also you can enjoy of our peaceful lounge to work.

Our receptionists will be happy to help you book tickets for museums and cultural events. They can also help you find the best restaurants.

Do you provide a laundry and dry cleaning service?

You can drop off your clothing before 9 am for express cleaning.

Is there a baby-sitting service at your hotel?

The hotel does not have a baby-sitting service.

Do you provide any towels?

We provide clean towels in every room.

Where can I find an adpater?

Adapters for all plugs are available at the reception upon request.

Where is the nearest taxi stand?

The nearest taxi station is 200 meters away on Avenue de la Motte-Picquet.

What are the nearest public transports?

The metro station La Motte - Piquet Grenelle is less than 100 meters from our hotel and serves lines 6, 8 and 10.

Do you provide a shuffle to the airport or train station?

We have many partnerships with private transportation companies. We invite you to contact our reception to know the modalities.

How much cost a taxi from the airport to Paris?

A taxi from the airport CDG - Paris Charles de Gaulle costs 58€ and one from the Orly airport 32€.
